Orange - Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin
My mother-in-law used to make this and it is simple and delicious and no leftovers!
Pork Tenderloin
Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
Glaze
2/3 Cup marmalade
1 Teaspoon dry mustard
2 Tablespoons honey OR 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
Pork Tenderloin
Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
Glaze

1 Teaspoon dry mustard
2 Tablespoons honey OR 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
Rub tenderloin with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Glaze - Combine marmalade, dry mustard, honey or fresh ginger. Pour over pork and cook another 15 minutes.
