White Chili
This was a quick and easy recipe to assemble and most of the ingredients were in my pantry and fridge --would be a great football game recipe 2 tsp EVOO 1 1/2 cups chopped onion (about 1 large) 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth 5 teaspoons green hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco) 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 2 tablespoons stone-ground cornmeal 1 (19-ounce) can cannellini beans or other white beans, rinsed and drained 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions (about 1) Lime wedges (optional) Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat.
