The Third Man cocktail
From Garden and Gun magazine August/September 2018. So I have had this recipe sitting to try for over a year now. Kevin liked it because it wasn't overly sweet.
1½ oz. Belle Meade bourbon
1 oz. grapefruit juice
¾ oz. lemon juice
¾ oz. Campari
½ oz. simple syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass; garnish with a grapefruit twist.
