Grapefruit Collins
From Garden and Gun waited until the warmer weather to try this one out --very delicious and the grapefruit bitters were a nice addition. Ours were by Fee Brothers.
2 oz. Haymans Royal Dock Gin
1/2 oz. grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
5 drops Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
Soda water
Shake all ingredients except for soda water, strain over pebble ice, and top with soda. Garnish with a sliver of grapefruit peel.
