The Italian Greyhound Cocktail
John Cusimano crafted this cocktail and it was really nice --another great warm weather one!
- 1½ ounces vodka
- 3 ounces grapefruit juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- ½ ounce Campari
- Ice
- Grapefruit twist, for garnish
- Add vodka, grapefruit juice, simple syrup and Campari to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
