The Italian Greyhound Cocktail

John Cusimano crafted this cocktail and it was really nice --another great warm weather one!


  • 1½ ounces vodka
  • 3 ounces grapefruit juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ½ ounce Campari
  • Ice
  • Grapefruit twist, for garnish
  • Add vodka, grapefruit juice, simple syrup and Campari to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
