Burrata Mozzarella Tomato Basil Bruschetta

 I ended up making this up and we loved it --saw several different recipes for making this. Traditionally I serve my tomatoes sliced around the Burrata and then you just slice of your serving. Loved the consistency of it mashed. 


Burrata Mozzarella - mash it up so that creamy insides mix with firmer outside

Tomato - sliced sprinkle with salt

Basil - chiffonade

 Bruschetta - sour dough bread, brush with EVOO broil or air fry - rub with sliced garlic clove
