Bang Bang Corn

 From Delish - we tried this out last night and it really was so good - because the full batch is too much for our party of two I had reduced the amount - but now my plan is to make the full batch and just save it - yup that good!


1/2 c. sweet chili sauce
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. sriracha
cloves garlic, finely minced
Juice of 2 limes
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
ears corn, husks removed
Freshly chopped cilantro, for garnish

  1. Make bang bang butter: In a medium bowl, mix together chili sauce, butter, sriracha, garlic, and lime juice. Season generously with salt and pepper. 
  2. Heat grill to medium-high. Slather butter all over corn and grill, turning occasionally and basting with remaining butter, until tender and charred, 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
