GIN SIDECAR COCKTAIL
From EMPRESS GIN this was so good we have already made it twice! We did not do the lemon twist or sugared rim. This gin is fun because of the color!
- 1 1/2 ounces gin (I used Empress Gin)
- 3/4 ounces Cointreau
- 3/4 ounces fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons simple syrup
- Lemon twist garnish
- Sugar for rim (optional)
- Add the gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into the sugar-rimmed coupe glass.
- Garnish and enjoy!
