The Cherry Paper Plane
Saw this on Instagram today by bloggers the_cocktail_bible and knew we had to make it! It was delicious and because I had all the ingredients on hand I didn't have the cute extra touch they did of freezing a fresh stemmed cherry into the ice cube.
4 Pitted Cherries
▪️0.75oz Bourbon
▪️0.75oz Aperol
▪️0.75oz Amaro Nonino
▪️0.75oz Lemon Juice
▪️Cherry Garnish
Put the pitted cherries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and add the bourbon and muddle.
Add ice and the Aperol, Amaro, Nonino and Lemon Juice - shake for 30 seconds and strain into cocktail glass with ice. Enhoy!
