Pomegranate Rosemary Whiskey Sour
From Dashofginger blog after I searched for the recipe the Clinton Kelly had shown a picture of on his blog. Pretty delicious and since my other half loves rosemary -the scent was awesome!
- 4 oz Bourbon
- 2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Rosemary Sprig
- 1 Tbs Pomegranate Seeds
- Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and muddle the sprig and pomegranate seeds to infuse the flavor.
- Fill the shaker with ice. Shake for a solid 30 seconds or so.
- Pour through a strainer into a cocktail glass or old fashioned/rocks glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel twist and a small rosemary sprig.
