Meyer Lemon Butter
From Martha Stewart --great on biscuits and scones!
2 sticks unsalted butter softened
Zest from 3 Meyers lemons plus 1 T zest
1 Tsp fresh Meyer lemon juice
1 T sugar
1/4 t salt
Mix together and refrigerate up to one week.
