Sausage Peppadews Appetizer

This recipe is from Wegmans --at least 4 years ago we made it and remember making over 100 of these for Dans college grad party --anyhow a new twist is to put a little piece of goat cheese in first then the italian sausage - it is a nice balance for spicy!

You can buy peppadews at the 'olive bar' area at Wegmans or  by the jar in the italian section or pickle sections at Giant or Wegmans. Please note they come either HOT or MILD in the jar -- also you can stuff with either sweet italian sausage or hot italian sausage or mix and match!!

 Slice the casing open on the sausage --usually about 3 links will fill the jar of sausage. If you want put a small piece of goat cheese in first --then stuff with a piece of sausage

 You can either grill (which is the preferred method) or bake in oven 425 for about 10 min Yummy!
