Pepperoni Calzone
This recipe for Pepperoni Calzone came from a friend of my mom's Mary Kostic --we have made it for years and it is so quick and easy to assemble - as mu Mom would say it is definitely a great appetizer for men with the pepperoni --on this day we made it hours ahead and kept it in the fridge til we were ready to cook it --and oh YES it is very good cold the next morning!! 
1/2 pound pepperoni slices
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese -- shredded
garlic powder
oregano

Spread with layer of pepperoni, mozzarella, garlic powder, and oregano.
OK now roll it up lengthwise into a long log-- I then wrapped it in saran and into fridge
Bake on cookie sheet or stone. Bake 350. Tent with foil for 20 minutes. Uncover for another 15 minutes until golden.
Slice into one inch pieces.

Roll out dough (thin). We put it onto saran plastic wrap so that I could roll it up and then put in fridge til ready to bake.
