Boulevardier
From Michael Symon's Dinners show made by his wife Liz and probably the best one we have ever had!
6 ounces bourbon
3 ounces sweet vermouth
3 ounces Campari
Large ice cubes, to serve
3 thick orange peels
To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the bourbon, vermouth and Campari. Shake until chilled, then pour into rocks glasses containing 1 large ice cube each. Serve each garnished with an orange peel.
