One Minute Brownie --Dangerous!!!
I tend to go in cycles with this as it is quick and easy --great for company - and dangerous because it is so quick I can whip up a batch of CALORIES too easily!
Just use any brownie mix-- personally love the Ghiradelli's one that I get from Costco as I always have it on hand (again danger part!) This particular batch was another brand that had walnuts and caramel -yummy!
Make the brownie mix up per package instructions --then spray 6 ramekins or 6 one-cup glass containers with Pam with flour --fill them ONLY 1/2 to 2/3 full (avoid the temptation to fill all the way as they will flow up and over the top and all over your microwave --and YES I have done that!) Sorry no pic of it in the ramekin as I took the photo without my readers on and the picture was actually very blurry and my editor Kathryn will not allow me to post a blurry pic!
Microwave each cup individually on high for1 minute --it will still appear wet --let it stand for 5 min (thats the hard part as it will smell fabulous) --then invert on serving dish - I sliced it open and then topped with vanilla ice cream.
I have also topped it with whip cream and fresh strawberries or raspberries.
