Pineapple Bourbon Sour

 On Instagram by the_cocktail_bible this was easy and delicious.

Bourbon 2 oz

Pineapple Juice 1 oz

Lemon Juice 0.75 oz

Honey Syrup 0.5 oz (equal portions of honey and water)

Egg White- I used Fee Foam , non-eggwhite alternative

Angostura Bitters - for garnish

Add everything except bitters into cocktail shaker. Do 30 second dry shake --then add ice and shake.

Pour over a large ice cube -dot angosturos around glass and pull through with toothpick or garnish pick for design.
