Chocolate Negroni
We were recently in NY and stayed at The Lake House on Canandaigua - we enjoyed fun cocktails at the Rose Tavern and their bartender shared the recipe for this one. It was good - Kevin thought it needed to be cut back a little on the bitters.
Gin 1 oz
Antica .75 oz
Campari .75 oz
Choc Creme Liqueur .75 oz
2 dashes of orange bitters
2 dashed chocolate bitters
Shake in cocktail shaker with ice and pour into rocks glass with ice.
