Apple Cider Mimosa

Tried this recipe with my sister-in-law this weekend --nice refreshing great for Thanksgiving brunch! Thanks to The Chew for this recipe.


  • 2 1/2 ounces  apple cider (chilled)
  • 2 1/2 ounces  champagne (chilled)
  • brandied cherry (or substitute sugared cranberry)

In a champagne flute, add apple cider and top with champagne. Garnish with brandied cherry or sugared cranberry.
