From my sister-in-law Andrea these fabulous treats we so good and just melted in your mouth --she has assured me they have no calories.....
1 CUP WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS
5 TBSP UNSALTED BUTTER
3 TBSP HEAVY CREAM
PINCH OF SALT
1 TSP LEMON EXTRACT
CONFECTIONER’S SUGAR FOR DUSTING
MELT CHOCOLATE, BUTTER, AND CREAM IN MICROWAVE OR OVER
DOUBLE BOILER AND STIR UNTIL SMOOTH.
STIR IN SALT AND EXTRACT.
ALLOW TO COOL SLIGHTLY BEFORE
COVERING WITH PLASTIC WRAP. REFRIGERATE 3 HOURS OR UNTIL FIRM ENOUGH TO HANDLE.
WITH MELON BALLER OR SMALL SPOON SCOOP OUT MIXTURE AND
FORM INTO 1 INCH BALLS. TOSS WITH CONFECTIONER’S SUGAR TO COAT.
STORE COVERED IN FRIDGE FOR UP TO ONE WEEK.
