Portobello Sliders

I have been on a streak of doing these as a meatless dinner --we have done both Teriyaki marinated mushrooms and recently these --they are delish and I really think the goat cheese adds to it with fresh garden tomatoes and basil!! Remove stems from mushrooms. In a ziploc marinate mushrooms with EVOO, balsamic, S/P for a few hours --the longer the better

Grill for at least 4 minutes per side depending on mushroom size --top with goat cheese, tomato slices and basil. Yum!!
