Shrimp Scampi - another version

This recipe is one I have had at My Cousin Cathy and her husband George's home in RI.  It is surely not low calorie but was very yummy.  I used panko breadcrumbs as that is what I had on hand

 1/4           cup  butter -- melted
 1/4           cup  olive oil
  1         tablespoon  parsley -- chopped
  3/4      teaspoon  basil
  1/2      teaspoon  oregano
  2             cloves  garlic cloves -- minced
   3/4      teaspoon  salt
  1           teaspoon  lemon juice
                        bread crumbs -- fresh
  1              pound  large shrimp -- tails on OK

Clean and butterfly shrimp place in casserole in a single layer

Mix in all ingreds except crumbs and shrimp

Pour butter mixture over shrimp in casserole

Sprinkle generously with crumbs

Bake at 450 for 5 min the broil until brown (about 5 min)
