Another Alternative to Tomato Basil Mozarella Crostini

Another little change-up --this time on top of the crostini I layered sliced tomato / fresh basil leaf /fresh mozarella --baked 450 for about 10 min til cheese melted --topped with a small sprig of this new mini basil leaves I am growing this year-- Kevin loved this version best! At least that is what he said this week...

  1. Yum! I have a costco size hunk of mozz so this is definitely in my future - might even throw a little prosciutto in there too!
