White Negroni - another version

Went to a Negroni cocktail lab recently and then a saw another recipe for a white Negroni and decided to try this version. We enjoyed it very much!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz Gin (such as London Dry or Plymouth)
  • 1 oz Lillet Blanc (or a crisp blanc/dry vermouth)
  • 3/4 oz Suze (a bitter gentian liqueur)
  • Garnish: A lemon or grapefruit twist [1, 2, 3]
Instructions
  1. Combine: Add the gin, Lillet Blanc, and Suze into a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir: Stir the mixture briskly for 15 to 20 seconds to chill and dilute the drink properly.
  3. Serve: Strain the liquid into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube.
  4. Garnish: Express the oils from a lemon or grapefruit peel over the top of the drink, then rub the peel along the rim of the glass before dropping it in.
