Orange-Glazed Pecans
Not sure again - but whatever you do - do not walk away from it! I burnt the first batch!! But they were worth the redo!
1 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tsp. orange zest, plus 2 tablespoons juice
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 cups pecan halves
Step 1
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add zest and juice, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Add pecans and stir to coat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pecans are toasted, 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from heat and spread on prepared baking sheet. Cool completely.
